This is how you negotiate with a toxic narcissist. Negotiating with a narcissist is no easy task, whether you're going through a divorce, custody and parenting issues or just living day-to-day with one.

Someone with a cluster b personality disorder such as narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is likely to engage in all kinds of manipulation tactics to get what they want from you - including gaslighting, love bombing and straight-up invalidation.

So how are you supposed to learn to negotiate with a narcissist? I found an article in Forbes magazine written by a negotiation expert and in this video, I'll share some of her ideas along with how you can adapt them to your own situation.
