Now I’m in Deep South France somewhere (probably pissing off the French with my driving) in this episode, I chat to a legend, a true legend. Im not a believer in legend being banded about to easy like it is. For me a “Legend” is someone that shows up day after day, year after year consistently turning out quality work. And this guy is it, I’ve wanted him on a Bobcast from the start. And I’ve finally coaxed him on. Besides being of the same generation, I’m honoured to call this guy a friend, as we’ve chatted via various messaging for years. Sometimes it’s scary as we both think along the same lines. He’s clearly a proud family man and one of the nicest blokes out there in the trade that i know has been there to help and guide others along the way. That “legend” is Neil Johnstone based up in Ayr on the south west coast of Scotland. It’s an interesting conversation (bear with us as the internet was sketchy affecting the audio at times) as we’ve both been in the trade for years and share some laughs and dark subjects along the way.
