I’m thrilled to announce that from Monday April 3rd I’ll be dishing up two new episodes each week. 

Every Monday we’ll be dropping a brand new high vibes episode starting with your monthly dose of Astro with our resident Astrologist, Kristy Gray, your monthly dose of mindset magic where I’ll guide you through affirmations, journaling prompts and a meditation to support you for the month ahead, then there will be a monthly Healthy habits and Abundance rituals tips and tricks episode with our resident Holistic Health & Wellness Coach Ange Simon and your monthly sprinkle of motherhood where I’ll host an expert interview or nourishing mama chat.

And that’s not all… I’m SO EXCITED that every 8 weeks I’ll be releasing a brand new podcast series with someone you love. That’s right, I’ll be joined by a new co-host for 8 whole episodes, where together, we will chat about all things holistic health, mindset, habits, self love and so much more.
