Often times we assume because our parents or relatives had high blood pressure we inherited that from them and we’ll have high blood pressure as well. What is really inherited is eating and health habits … Come to find out 95% of diseases comes from the foods we eat and only 5% are inherited. This week we had Dr. Bobby Price on, certified plant-based nutritionist, exercise physiologist and doctor of pharmacy. Dr. Price is also the author of Vegucation over Medication! 🔑 Omar is all about gut health and that starts with what we eat. He was locked in throughout this one and had some great questions that could help change how you view food for yourself and your family. Also, if you don’t want to commit to a plant based lifestyle there are gems throughout this episode on the foods you can ADD that will lead to healthier lifestyle choices.

This weeks episode stemmed from a comment that Tyler Perry went viral with in saying that if a woman is completely satisfied in all areas except financially, would she be willing to lead in that area of the relationship. We also had off-camera conversation with the producer of our show Lola as a woman to be able to weigh in on the topic as well. We posed the question, “As a woman if you make more than a man could you still respect him as the head of the household considering he’s satisfied you every other way, if not why should finances be the deal breaker?”

Boss has immense popularity in many spaces due to his character and strong foundational beliefs. Boss’ failures and shortcomings have been the fuel that has powered him to his success, accomplishments and living in the destination many of us are striving for. His passion for his family has built him a life bigger than himself.
