In 2017, Corinne was certified by Dinah Rodrigues in Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) and began offering workshops in Edmonton, Alberta. She began gaining traction with her workshops right as the world shut down in 2020 and had to pivot her entire business online!

In this week's episode, we dive into Corinne's career, how she got introduced to HYT and why she decided to specialize in it. We also talk about how she pivoted her business right as she was gaining traction with the work that she was going, what she learned along the way, and much more!
