It’s nothing I didn’t already know, but the conversation pointed out to me how as women, we’re often a little too open to feedback. Self awareness and allowing for constructive criticism can be a beautiful thing, but today I want to talk to you about WHY you don’t have to be open to receiving feedback, whether it’s in business, relationships or any other area of your life.
