This week on The MiFit Podcast I connected with Noah Ohlsen, seven times CrossFit Games veteran. Noah is one of the best CrossFit athletes of all-time and has displayed several years of consistency. But he’s still hungry for one more thing and that is to stand on top of the podium at the CrossFit Games. Noah has a lot of admirable qualities, but what I admire most about him is his authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability on and off the competition floor. Noah has worked hard on becoming the person he is today as he pursues the goal of CrossFit's fittest man on the earth.
