Are you a resolution person? I am not, and I explain more about this in the intro to this episode. I am a huge believer in sustainable change and we can decide at any time when we want to make a change, set a goal, or learn something new.
Life as an alcohol-free woman is filled with lies we tell ourselves, I bet you could name a few right now. Today I am kicking off the 2024 Confident Sober Women season by sharing my Tedx Style talk from May of 2023.
In this talk, I lay out the exact process I went through to learn how to THRIVE in long-term sobriety. I learned how to be confident and love myself, how to stand up for myself in relationships, create healthy boundaries and eliminate my negative thinking patterns.
You can hit the reset button in your sober life anytime you want. Whether it's a Thursday in January, a Tuesday evening in July or the first of the month. Anytime you want to make a sustainable change in your life you can.
