Professor Amanda Barush, a professor who had dealt with ageism academically for 40 years, was surprised at her anger when ageist remarks and actions were aimed at her. She has written about the sources of anger and believes we can harness its energy for social change. Her book, "Aging Angry," can empower listeners with an understanding of anger and its possibilities.

Aging is tied to many health issues and for some older adults, sleep quality is an issue. While most older adults have no significant disruptions in sleep, others complain about not getting enough sleep. And then there are the naps. Does napping affect your nighttime sleep?
