Creating mental and emotional space in our busy lives is important. Give yourself space.

It doesn't matter where you live. It's about what you think. I don't think we should put limits on ourselves based on our address. Do you change who you are depending on where you are? 

When things get hard, go soft. Inspiration and simple tips to find joy and be kind to yourself every day. Appreciating the small things that make you happy, especially when times are tough.

There's more good than bad. What is your attitude to 'bad'? Do you play the blame and complain game?

Physical and mental well-being are super important. I'm committing to self-improvement through 'power hour' - 15 minutes of stretching, 15 minutes of tidying, 15 minutes of reading, and 15 minutes of meditation.

What we want is on the other side of what we're not doing. Think about what August looks like. What could you do?

In my book, Juggling in High Heels, I wrote about the balls that are precious because we're all juggling so many balls. Don't drop the crystal ball. know what your crystal balls are. Know who's really precious right now in your world. Know who needs you. I call them the highest bidder.
