On Saturday, I competed in my first ever strong man competition.

It was a great experience and I was able to place 3rd out of 10 heavyweights.

I exceeded my own expectations and I am joyful and proud of what I accomplished, which is normally something I don't think about.

It was timely for the stage of life I am at and my performance was a testament to how I live on a daily basis.
