It’s not every day you have the chance to interview a successful Dragons' Den contestant who’s changing our environmental health, but in this episode I share exactly that. 

Laura Harnett is the founder of Seep - a company which creates sustainable household essentials for cleaning. With not scrap of plastic in sight. 

In view of the crisis of microplastics alone, this kind of cleaning revolution is critical for all of our health.

Laura wants to eliminate 1 billion plastic cleaning items from landfill by 2030, and when she appeared this year on Dragons' Den, she and her company received whole-hearted support as well as investment from Trinny Woodall and Deborah Meaden. Here’s a lovely clip of the moment!

Laura Harnett conducted a successful career in the corporate world, working as a buyer, consultant and in retail for some of the world’s biggest consumer and retail brands. While a director at Selfridges, Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer, and her perspective on life was utterly transformed – such that she decided to create a new business that would genuinely make a difference. This was when she founded the Bcorp, Seep, to help us clean up our cleaning act: providing appealing alternatives to polluting plastic products.
