Drew Dixon is an accomplished record executive, having served as a former Vice President of A&R at Arista Records, a former Director of A&R at Def Jam Recordings, the former General Manager of John Legend's independent label Homeschool Records, and the former manager of recording artist Estelle. She has produced hits for Method Man, Mary J. Blige, Kanye West, Whitney Houston and more, and has been a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences since 2001. In December 2017, Dixon broke her silence in The New York Times, shining a light on sexual assault and harassment in the music industry. As the main subject of HBO Max’s film On the Record, she discusses the difficult decision to speak out publicly about being assaulted by music mogul, Russell Simmons.

She is the creator of the People with Parents podcast and has been a co-host on StarTalkRadio,with Neil de Grasse Tyson.
