On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, we have Nikki Selby, but she's better known on the Gram as Fly Girl RN.  Nikki is a Navy veteran of 24 years and has both served time as an enlisted Search and Rescue Corpsman and then transferred to the dark side where she became a Naval officer becoming a Nurse.  Nikki competes in many events such as the Tactical Games that involve functional fitness, tactical shooting, long-range shooting, and carrying heavy shit.  If you haven't seen some of these competitors, it's humbling to watch.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. In this episode of the Ones Ready podcast we have  a guest with a skill set that many of you have been waiting on, Justin who is an Air Force Special Operations Command Combat Aviation Advisor (CAA) with the 6th SOS.  To date there is little information about what CAA's do in AFSOC, but this episode should shed some light on the topic.  Justin covers a bunch of different topics from what the mission of the 6th SOS is to how Active Duty Airmen can become CAA's, how Assessment and Selection works, everyone's favorite "day in the life of" question, and then Justine wraps it up with the an elevator pitch with advice to aspiring CAAs.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we have one of many Pararescue legends, retired Chief Tony Negron.  Chief Negron is well known across his peers in the community as a stellar PJ, but now that he's retired even new PJs know he's a legend.  Chief Negron had a colorful career as a PJ from doing time in Air Force Special Operations Command, to Air Combat Command, and also Joint Special Operations Command.  He's truly been there and done that.  One he retired though, he still wanted to give back so he bought S.E.I. from other retired PJ and then went on to start up the Fusion Cell that helps transitioning military members to the civilian sector and also a professional development business called The Cave.  There is a lot of mentorship and information packed into this one, so make sure you don't skip through it!  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we have retired US Navy SEAL Terry Houin.  Terry and Ones Ready were linked up through some mutual friends of our who you all know, Eberlestock.  Terry was a pre-9/11 US Navy SEAL and retired after 27 years of service as a Master Chief.  He is now a success entrepreneur involved in a handful of things.  Before retiring from the Navy he was an instructor and mentor for aspiring SEALs in their pipeline and Terry will discuss some key points from BUDs, but also the attributes that he recognized from successful candidates while in selection.  Much of what makes success candidates and SEALs is accountability, responsibility, and humility which are traits that don't only make the SOF community successful, but everyone successful.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
