On this week’s episode of ‘Drink More Water’ Riley and Soph chat about their weekly highs and lows with their lows both being similar this week. This episode is all about how to feel confident in your body and the girls run you through their top 6 tips which are as follows:

  1. Focusing on how you feel.

  2. Eat for health and not for weight loss.

  3. Train to feel strong and healthy in your body not to lose weight or reach a certain about of calories per day.

  4. Recognise the parts of your body that you love and also acknowledge the parts of your body that you don’t love.

  5. Understand that every state is temporary and where you are currently isn’t how you will be forever.

  6. Fake it until you make it.

On the ‘Ask Us 3’ segment Soph and Riley answer your questions around birth control and natural contraceptives, whether or not they drink alcohol and if they go out clubbing and one tip they each have for somehow who is struggling with their relationship with food. The girls finish off by giving you their weekly recommendations.
