Ep 153: The Already Friends Podcast had such a great year that we wanted to reflect and express gratitude for all the incredible things we did in 2023. We debuted our first iteration of the wellness series, launched our website and first pdf guide (how to start a podcast). 

We took our first group trip with 17 members of our community. We hit 500k+ downloads which helped us lock in our first long term sponsorship. We had some really big guests on the show and got to meet some of you in real life. We have so much to be thankful for!

In 2024, we’re kicking off the year with a second version of our wellness series with all new guests and perspectives of healthy living. We’ll be launching two more group trips (keep your eyes peeled for a special release episode on January 3rd with all of the details).
