We are joined again by my twin sister Lucy! I figured it made since for us to have this conversation together since we've both dealt with this kind of thing, specifically in our experience with lightweight rowing. I love hearing her perspective and advice on this as well since Lucy is often who I turn to when I'm in a rut. We give a synopsis of our own fear of weight gain and overexercise era as well as give advice for those of you trying to overcome this chapter.
