Experiences shape who we are, and if our kids stay home all summer, it will be NOT be good for the both of us. Doing nothing breeds more of the same. We don't have a cottage, an endless amount of money for vacations, or the resources to let our kids shop all day. This means they need to attend summer camp or find work to start building some meaningful experiences. There is not a chance in h*ll that they will be allowed to be on their phones all day. If you don't make a plan, we'll make one for you. They used to play; now, they are constantly on devices and spending money. We need to establish boundaries for the summer!
