Today's guest is Rebecca Horch. Rebecca is an Enneagram coach and parent mentor. She is married with 3 children, has her Bachelor's in Child & Family Support, and she has been working with families for over a decade. Over the years she has developed curriculum and programs for parents in order to help them navigate struggles within the home, and bring more peace and joy to their families. Rebecca uses the Enneagram to mentor caregivers in their parenting journey - helping them to understand their own ticks and motivations better so that they can bring out the best of themselves as parents and as people. Her program The KIN Parent Approach brings together her expertise in child and adolescent development, how to use unique and individualized parenting strategies, and how to use with the Enneagram to help guide families toward creating mutual bonds of love and respect within the home.
