Our guest this time is Aileen Ottenweller, the Global Head of Brand and Business Impact at Patagonia. She leads brand marketing and manages various programs to realize Patagonia’s mission, including developing campaign strategy, making stories and films, and supporting grassroots activities. Aileen came to visit Japan to attend Patagonia’s 50th Anniversary event, and she talked about how she has joined Patagonia, the unique work style of people working at Patagonia headquarters located in California, and Patagonia’s vision for the next 50 years.
