This week Jim & Tom are back to explore the concept of Patella Tendinopathy, previously and more commonly known as Patella Tendonitis and more colloquially as Jumper’s knee, it is one of the most common causes of knee pain especially in active people and so will be the first in a series of episodes exploring different knee conditions - that’s right the boys are taking a break from the foot and ankle conditions to move up the chain but of course it’s all connected and especially with knee pain there tends to be a strong contribution from foot and ankle dysfunction that needs to be addressed.
Of course they discuss all this in more detail throughout the episode, along with some practical tips to help you navigate your rehab journey as efficiently and effectively as possible!
