In this episode I have a discussion with Peter Defty and Tony Konvalin from Vespa Power. Peter reached out to me after my rant on carbs a few weeks ago and felt we should have another discussion. This is the second time Peter has been on my podcast. 

We share a lot of common ground in the domain of sports nutrition, and on nutrition in general. People often mistakenly think Peter’s philosophy is all in on keto but in reality, he is quite moderate in my understanding. This reflects my own position; after trying just about everything over the last 3.5 decades of racing, I have come to a very middle ground perspective on nutrition, and I have realized that extreme choices almost never work out in the end.
