Amanda’s journey began in 2010 when she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, which lead to debilitating pain and disease in almost all other aspects of her life.
After discovering the link between her illness and the food she was putting in her body, she made it her life mission to teach others how to cook allergy-friendly food and lead a holistic life.
Amanda is also the host of the podcast “Physical Emotional Health Secrets” and co-author of the book “Trauma to Triumph.
