Stephanie Bird, CIPD’s Director of Capability, explains the CIPD’s involvement with the scheme and how it works along with Karen Warren HR Manager at Warwick District Council. Julie Lindsay, District Operations Manager Mercia North, Department for Work and Pensions, has been overseeing the pilot scheme.
