Phil and Kenny once again fly solo, for fear of losing friends if they had forced anyone to watch the one film that pins David Spade as a romantic lead, LOST & FOUND.
We talk about David Spade's post SNL career, and why he never broke out as a leading man outside of films like Joe dirt. We also contemplate what could have been if this movie had Chris Farley playing co-lead as originally intended, and the lazy, meatless plot that drives this movie into obscurity.

Phil and Kenny go guestless for a therapeutic trip to the town of MUMFORD.
We talk about Touchstone's identity crisis in the 90s. Are these Disney movies? Are they raunchy comedies? Action flicks?! What's going on here?!? We also discuss Ebert's glowing 3/4 star review, the way this movie fights through its ineptitude to create something watchable, and the borderline inexplicable plot of this film.

Mike Natale returns to the podcast to talk about the state of adult cartoons in the 90s with FUTURAMA!
We discuss the show as a whole, through the lens of the first two episodes. Mike breaks down why the existentialism of this show makes it work, while also commenting on it's relationship to Matt Groening and other cartoons of the time. Phil is forced to reckon with the subpar pilot that doesn't fall in line with the typical pilot structure.

Writers Molly Margraf and Jerica Lieberman join us for a deep dive into the career of Harrison Ford with Sydney Pollack's flop of the romantic drama RANDOM HEARTS.

Widely considered one of the worst in the franchise, we break down why this movie only gets better with age, acting as a bridge between what the franchise was, and what it will eventually become. We discuss how Justin Lin and Vin Diesel were able to create a franchise purely for the fans, the series' insane naming conventions, the importance of the roles each cast member fills, and ponder what the future holds for Fast & Furious post Dominic Toretto.
Plus, we discuss the recently released F9, and how it connects all the way back to Fast & Furious!

Sara Ghaleb (Arden Podcast / Historical Hookups) comes on the pod to discuss the oft forgotten Michael Radford crime drama B. MONKEY.
We discuss this film's sexuality, the reasons it fell between the cracks of pop culture, and the behind the scenes atrocities that brought it into the limelight twenty years later. We also critique the concept of the manic pixie dream girl, the relationships at the movie's forefront, and the crime genre in general.
