In this episode, I dive into one of the most vital keys to positive leadership, selflessness. Whether you're leading a team or raising a family, the best leaders and parents know it's about putting others first. I'll share why I believe the greatest leadership lessons often come from the challenges of parenting, and how true leadership is all about committing to your people, sacrificing for their growth, and showing up for them when it matters most.
