Kate shares her full journey to becoming a content creator.

Kate and Jeremy, her soon-to-be husband, sit down to unpack the complete story of how she got to where she is today. She begins at 12 years old in Glen Rock, New Jersey, where she played lacrosse and dreamed of becoming a Division I athlete. Kate opens up about the traumatic experience of tearing her ACL twice and how losing the sport she loved forced her to pivot from her lifelong goal to a completely different path.

She reflects on her college experience, the early jobs she took after graduating, and the period of uncertainty that ultimately pushed her toward creativity. Together, Kate and Jeremy recount the moment they first imagined creating an online show and how that idea eventually grew into The Running Interview Show.

This episode follows the full arc — from childhood dreams to injury, reinvention, and the spark that led to the career she has today.
