G and Luke are back with a post-Tour update - and things are a little different to how they were a few years back.

Plenty of family time for the boys and also a lot of big cycling news to catch up on: a brilliant Tour de Frances Femmes victor, a huge move for Remco (#littlebastard) and a big win for Luke's boys, Decathlon-AG2R, in Poland.

G's next up at the Tour of Germany and then the countdown begins to Tour of Britain... and his final ever professional race.

The boys will be back next week - but Emma and Manon will be back before that with a deeper dive into Tour de France Femmes.
