Like most people, I like to be prepared, especially when it comes to my professional life and commitments. However, in today's face-paced, ever-changing business world and with the level of uncertainty and disruption that exists, it can often be even more important to be present. On this episode, I talk about why it makes sense that we're obsessed with preparation and why it can be challenging to be present. I then share some specific things we can do to enhance our presence…thus putting us in the best position to respond effectively to the changing world around us.
