Use this process when you have an emotion that you are ready to release and heal. Be in a safe place where you feel comfortable to express emotions if needed, cry, makes sounds etc. Have Flight mode on your phone if possible.
The guided process contains the following steps:
1. Feel the emotion from a mindful state without resistance.
2. Open up to receive learnings from the emotion.
3. Release the emotion and allow it to evolve into something new.
4. Fill yourself with thankfulness.
