The most important thing in car care is the processes that we develop to complete a detail. Marshall and Nick discuss how they detail a car but specifically how they apply a ceramic coating. If you have great ceramic technology the process should be easy and straightforward but unfortunately many installers choose a finicky system which is causing them headaches. 

A company can only grow if their processes are repeatable and so we tackle where ceramic coatings fall into that system. We also discuss what should you charge for services since it seems everyone has an opinion on the internet about what other detailers should charge.
