Brooke is a long-time pet business owner who has a large pet sitting and dog walking business in Los Angeles.

She no longer does the pet sitting and dog walking visits herself; she has a large team of staff to help her.

One of the challenges Brooke is currently struggling with is how to get new clients. She used to get a lot of new client requests but lately she hardly gets any inquiries from new clients. Understandably this is causing her stress and strain!

Luis has been in business for 12 years in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He has a thriving dog walking business.

Lately his clients have been using his pet service as more of a ‘ride share app” (using his services periodically instead of consistently) which has made planning very difficult because his clients aren’t being consistent and scheduling regular, ongoing service like they used to do.
