We can't assume that others have the same struggles as us.  Sounds obvious, right?

Well, it's tempting to create services and products with ourselves in mind.

For instance, I'm a tutor who helps other tutor business owners.

I can't assume they have the same pain points as me.  And as education business owners, we're prone to deciding what support people need.
