PT-141 is Bremelanotide.  Dr. Durst explains what the peptide contains and how it works. PT-141 is the peptide for better orgasms. It is for men and women. 

It comes in several forms. Injectables and Nasal sprays are the two most popular forms that Dr. Durst and Farideh prefer an hour before sexual activity. It can be effective in 30 minutes or several hours. Everyone is different so it depends on the patient. It is known to give men confidence back with erections. Nausea is the main side-effect of PT-141. Flushing is another side-effect but not to the same extent as nausea.
