In Episode #1 ICE faculty member Eric Chaconas sits down with Dr. Daniel Jonte, physical therapist with the Denver Police Department and Sgt. Bobby Waidler. Sgt. Waidler is the coordinator of the Denver Resiliency program. Bobby and Daniel walk us through both the quantitative and qualitative benefits of these programs for the police, fire and sheriff departments in Denver. Not only the financial benefits to the city and taxpayers but tremendous mental, physical and overall health.
