"My question would be around qualification questions. I agree I am the expert and some of our questions pigeonhole travelers instead of offering them something they never thought of, so HOW or WHAT qualifications questions can we use instead of the traditional ones? 

In this episode, we dove into this question about how to ask questions that will stimulate curiosity vs just continuing with the bias that causes you to pigeonhole your clients.
