Sanar is an Empowerment Coach with a diverse background spanning education, entertainment, and holistic healing. Holding a BA in Education, she supported herself for over 30 years as a professional musician, director, composer, teacher, and actress. Sanar's journey took a transformative turn when she embarked on the path of healing herself from PTSD, overcoming depression, suicidal thoughts, and eating disorders. This experience led her to create "BEAUTIFUL!", an acclaimed one-woman musical-drama documenting her healing journey.
On this guest episode, Sanar share about various cosmic and esoteric concepts including the Pre-Birth Agreement to participate in this movement of the Soul. She shares themes from her book which documents her healing process from PTSD, revealing blocked memories from childhood abuse, including 3 "near death" episodes.
