QUICK ANXIETY RELEASE- This is a quick exercise to help dissolve anxiety and stress. Sometimes you only need a few minutes to reset yourself and find that mind/body balance needed to carry on with your day. This meditation was designed to do exactly that. Once practiced, you can easily apply this as a short meditation at work, or in the in-between spaces of your day to day responsibilities. A little release can go a long way.
