In this quick tip episode, I am sharing with you a laser hot seat session that I recently did with one of our Accelerator coaching members where we talk all about getting clarity on who to hire.

This is a topic that comes up a lot, and I think it is because getting started with the hiring experience can be really overwhelming. In this session, we cover the importance of finding someone you like, training, writing a job description, defining a pay rate, leveraging your resources, and more.

It is really important that you don’t overthink this process. If you start small and decide what you need this person to do and if they are a good personality fit, you will work the rest of the details out. I totally understand the overwhelm here because I have been there, so tune in to hear how we worked through this feeling with one of our Accelerator coaching members and how I recommend moving forward in the hiring process.
