Rachel Montez Minor Talks Love, Intuition, and Her New Children’s Book: “See You On the Other Side”

Today we had the absolute pleasure of speaking to and learning from Rachel Montez Minor, who just released her second children’s book “See You on The Other Side,” on September 26th. Rachel is best known for her work on Broadway, TV, and film but is now focusing on writing and her other passions, including yoga instruction and meditation. These calm, mindful sensibilities are reflected in the new book – and they came to her in the most beautiful and almost magical way – which she shares with us today!

Her new book is a comforting, lyrical story about loss and the reassurance that no one leaves us forever because we always carry their love with us. An emotional topic, Rachel handles it with incredible care and we hope this book will serve as a real resource to kids coping with loss.
