“Random Fit” continues to span the globe, this time in Serbia. 

Hosts Wendy Batts and Ken Miller recently traveled east to present at the NASM’s first OPTima International Conference in Belgrade, Serbia. At the conference personal trainers and strength coaches had access to 48 sessions, presented by 34 speakers, speaking on topics from nutrition to performance training using the NASM’s Optimum Performance Training Model. 

Wendy and Ken share their experience with their hosts Svetlana and Nebojsa Cokorilo of HFS Academy with local food, culture history and of course fitness education.
