Too much range of motion can be detrimental and too little can also cause imbalances. How much range of motion do we need to run? What is range of motion? How do you know if you have enough range of motion?

In this episode I explore the topic of range of motion and how it influences our running. What we can do to understand if we are tight or restricted at a joint and what we can do to combat our lack of range of motion.
