David Friedman is the founder of Knox, a platform that helps customers buy their new home while ensuring their old house remains a reliable long-term investment. The company provides a product called "Keep Loan" which offers access to equity in one's home in the form of cash. They help customers find a mortgage for their new home and also sign a master and sublease for the old house to offset any income issues. Knox takes over the operations of the investment by finding tenants, property management, rent collection, and providing insurance. David believes that keeping one's old home is one of the best investing opportunities, and he has made it easy for customers to achieve it.

Edward Brown is a financial consulting and tax work expert who started his business in 1983. He got into the hard money loan space in the early 1990s and has seen multiple cycles. His best time was during the SNL crisis in the early 90s, when he used to say it was like shooting fish in a barrel. He specializes in the owner occupied consumer bridge loan. He believes it's a challenging loan to provide because of the expensive barrier of entry to be a lender. Despite this, Edward's business, Private Money, has become one of the few licensed lenders in California to provide this loan. They cross-collateralize existing properties with target properties, so their borrowers don't have to move twice. Edward predicts that they will be the number one private lender in the United States for doing owner occupied consumer bridge loans, and they'll probably do close to a billion dollars in transactions this year.

Brett Swarts is an expert in solving the tax problem faced by high net worth individuals. He does this using a deferred sales trust, a tool that allows individuals to defer tax in the same way as a 1031 exchange or IRA. With this trust, investors can diversify their investments and purchase different types of assets at the right time. Robert Napolitano is a real estate expert with over 22 years of experience in real estate investing and mortgage banking. He experienced personal bankruptcy during the subprime crisis of 2008-2009 and went to law school to become a paralegal to prepare for the crisis. He trained attorneys on mortgage-backed securities and became an expert witness for foreclosure defense. He discovered flaws in the banking system and founded a fund to buy loans from banks, eventually becoming the bank in real estate deals and allowing investors to participate.
