Thanksgiving is a time to gather with family and think about the things that we are grateful for. It is a wonderful time to reflect and just be. Yes, there can be a lot to do, especially if you are hosting, but it’s also a time to sit back and relax and just enjoy. How many times do we just do that in our lives? How many times do we say thank you for our bodies? For running? For what we are able to do? Or are we critical of ourselves and focus more on what we aren’t capable of? How someone else is better than us? How we wish we were faster, had a different body, or were farther along in our journey than we are right now? Well, my friend, we are exactly where we are meant to be.
