You need to have processes and systems in place to help your business run without you being around 24/7. Having a process will help you get that entrepreneurial freedom that many of us crave!

This episode is a bit different, and I know I say this often but one of my favorites to date. Two of my designer besties and I talk shop in a roundtable discussion all about process.

In today’s episode, I chat with Jessie Kelly, of Jessica Kelly Design, and Carly Nemtean of Carriage Lane Design + Build and Co-founder of the Collective Workspace. Both of these successful ladies have been in the industry for years and have built their businesses on strong processes. 

Here’s a fun fact, all three of us have strong processes to run our projects and businesses, but each one is unique. There is no process that is one-size-fits-all. Through the episode, Carly, Jessie, and I share how our businesses grew, how we came to find our niches, and how we developed our unique processes to fit our service type and clientele.
