The Seattle Seahawks set a franchise record with their seventh regular season win on the road to finish the season at 7-1. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks scored on their first three possessions of the game allowed them to get out to a 20-7 first half lead. Bobby Wagner had the first of three interceptions to stop the Panthers from inching closer before the end of the half.
However, like most Seahawks game, it ultimately came down to a one-score game as the Seahawks closed out the 30-24 win. Dayna O'Gorman, of Our Turf Football, joins the podcast to talk about the win and some of the highs and lows. The Seahawks linebackers were responsible for all of the Kyle Allen interceptions on the day as K.J. Wright intercepted passes on back-to-back drives. More frustrating than the close score at the end and the jet sweeps in the first half, was that Seattle was only able to score 3 points off 3 Panthers turnovers.
