There’s a new trend with millennials: Prenups are much more popular now than ever before.

Most of the younger generation are getting married later in life to get their financial situation established and a prenuptial agreement is very cost-effective to do. A prenup typically lists all of the property each person owns (as well as any debts) and specifies what each person’s property rights will be after the marriage.
