You often hear the word "reiki"- but what does it really entail? Today- we sit down with Kindy Girdley as she shares her in=depth knowledge. Kindy's self healing journey began in her early 20's when she lost her parents to different types of cancer. She struggled with digestive issues, depression, headaches, allergies, candida, IBS, chronic pain, and adrenal fatigue. She learned to release what no longer served her, reprogram old thought patterns, and find modalities to help with these processes- one of them being reiki.
