As humans, we’re constantly getting played by negativity, whether that is the society, economy, interactions, or everyday experiences. To stay ahead of the game, we must constantly be aware, have strategies to block out interference, and choose empowering thoughts. Choosing empowering thoughts protects your energy and will help you set boundaries and perform at a deeper level in your fitness, business, relationships, or career. 

Although it’s backed by science that most of the thoughts we think of in the course of the day are often negative, thoughts are not facts. They can be shifted and changed to attract a different energy vibration.
