Starting this week, ICRT and the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan join forces to look at environmental issues facing the country and renewable energy. Professor Chang-chien Le-ren of National Cheng Kung University's Electrical Engineering department is at hand to give us a general overview of Taiwan's energy dilemma.
